There are two main working modes of the burner. One is the "two-stage fire" working mode. As shown in Fig. 58, it adapts to the change of load requirements by automatically changing the burner between large and small fires. The advantages of this mode of work are low price and simple control. The disadvantage is that the control accuracy is low.
Another mode of operation is the "proportional adjustment" mode. As shown in Fig. 5-9, it can automatically adjust the output power of the burner continuously with the change of load requirements by configuring a special regulator and probe. The advantage of this mode is high control precision. The disadvantages are high price and complicated control.
The above two working modes are used in actual production. It is suggested that the burner in solidification furnace should adopt the "proportional adjustment" mode to ensure the control accuracy of furnace temperature and product quality.
